What are your operating hours?
We are open from 10 AM to 7 PM, Monday to Saturday. We’re closed on Sunday. We work all holidays, so please call or check our website for specific information on hours for those dates.
What payment methods do you accept?
Safe and secure, Manual card number entry format, Apple pay, Paypal, & GooglePay.
Is my payment information secure?
Yes, we do not save, store or see any card information. All payment info is wired directly to the merchant and submitted to the seller once the shipment or order has arrived or downloaded if the product is virtual.
How can I leave a review or feedback?
Absolutely! Only verified purchasers are allowed to leave a review. The Customer must have an account, which is easy to set up.
Can I cancel my order?
Absolutely! Just sign back in before the item is shipped out. If the item has already shipped, then please do not receive the item.
The refund will only occur if:
Scenario A) The customer cancels the order before the item ships.
Scenario B) The item has already shipped, but the customer does not sign for or receive the item, upon the item returning to the original sender location.
